HVAC Technician – Installation, Maintenance & Repair

About the role

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. The role involves scheduled maintenance, seasonal overhauls and supporting emissions and refrigerant handling programs for various ACCOM II systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment.
• Perform scheduled periodic maintenance and seasonal overhauls to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Conduct planning activities and facility surveys.
• Manage HVAC/R fuel emissions and refrigerant handling programs supporting ACCOM II systems.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED.
• Section 608 (Universal) certification or equivalent CFC/EPA certification.
• Formal HVAC/R training (military technical school, vocational college, or four‑year apprenticeship).
• At least four years of hands‑on experience with HVAC/R equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM medical exam and a US Government Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).
