IFEC Content Operations Manager

About the role

As the IFEC Content Operations Manager within Qatar Airways’ Product Development and Design division, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital and media content for inflight entertainment, over‑the‑top (OTT) and other digital platforms. The role ensures that the right content is available, accurate and delivered seamlessly across all passenger touchpoints, directly enhancing the onboard experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end content ingest workflows, including formatting, validation and delivery for broadcast, OTT and IFE platforms.
• Oversee content packaging and technical preparation to meet aircraft system requirements and playback environments.
• Coordinate publishing schedules and deployment across IFE, OTT and related digital platforms.
• Act as the primary operational liaison with internal teams, airline stakeholders, content service providers and technology vendors.
• Identify process gaps and implement workflow and system improvements to boost operational efficiency and scalability.
• Optimize systems to improve delivery accuracy, catalogue integrity, publishing effectiveness and asset handling performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing content ingest and distribution workflows for digital media platforms.
• Strong ability to collaborate with creative teams, external partners and technical vendors.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements.
