Inbound Sales Executive

About the role

Join Snoonu’s Acquisition team as an Inbound Sales Executive. You will engage with merchants who have shown interest in the platform, qualify their businesses, and guide them through a smooth onboarding journey until they go live.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound merchant leads via phone and other channels to assess interest and suitability.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process, collecting required documents and information.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Finance, Training, etc.) to meet activation SLAs.
• Own and manage the merchant pipeline from first contact to successful go‑live.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and ensure sufficient touchpoints throughout onboarding.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets while upholding quality standards.
• Handle merchant questions and objections professionally, providing clear explanations.
• Record all merchant activities accurately in Salesforce.
• Assist walk‑in merchants at the office when needed.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer success, account management, or merchant onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex processes.
