Income Auditor

About the role

Join voco Doha Central, a pre‑opening hotel in the heart of Qatar’s capital, as an Income Auditor. You will safeguard the accuracy of revenue records, review daily transactions, and support the financial integrity of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Audit daily revenue transactions from all hotel outlets, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Review and reconcile daily sales reports, cash collections, credit‑card transactions and revenue postings.
• Verify supporting documents, adjustments, discounts, rebates and complimentary transactions.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and provide accurate financial information to management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, internal controls and accounting standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Maintain organized records and support month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Income Audit, Night Audit or a similar accounting role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue operations, accounting procedures and financial controls.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel accounting systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours, including month‑end periods.
