Information Governance Lead & PMO Advisor

About the role

The Information Governance Lead & PMO Advisor will own the governance, performance and continuous improvement of a managed services team, ensuring strict compliance with international standards and client SLAs. This senior position combines strategic alignment, audit oversight and hands‑on project delivery across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project artefacts including the Project Charter, detailed MS Project plan and Communication Plan.
• Conduct comprehensive gap assessments for on‑premises, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune environments and produce remediation road‑maps.
• Design and deliver weekly progress reports, monthly executive dashboards and real‑time Power BI visualisations covering resource utilisation, system health and security status.
• Monitor ticket rosters to ensure SLA compliance, generate compliance reports and perform root‑cause analysis for major incidents.
• Lead continual service improvement initiatives at least twice a year, driving efficiency gains and service quality.
• Manage onsite delivery teams and coordinate client engineers, network specialists and DBAs within the delivery model.
• Create a training roadmap to achieve ITIL v4 certification for client staff and conduct regular knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Perform daily quality‑assurance audits and quarterly user‑satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT service delivery and project management.
• Professional certifications: PMP and ITIL v4 Certified Professional.
• Proven expertise in IT Service Management (ITIL v4), SLA & compliance management and ISO 20000 audits.
• Strong background in governance, reporting (Power BI) and strategic alignment with client objectives.
