Information Technology Intern

About the role

PMOBytes is seeking a proactive and organized Information Technology Intern to support business coordination, client communication, training activities, and day‑to‑day operations in Doha. The role offers exposure to project coordination and basic technical support while working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with clients, students, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of training programs, including schedules, participants, trainers and materials.
• Assist business development by managing leads, arranging meetings, preparing proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Maintain organized records of clients, leads, training activities and business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to management on client follow‑ups, training activities and outstanding actions.
• Support marketing and communication tasks such as social media coordination, online research and campaign assistance.
• Track project tasks, deadlines, deliverables, risks and issues, and coordinate with consultants, developers and vendors.
• Offer basic support for Jira, Confluence, QPunch and Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting, software access and licensing.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and follow‑up abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and capable of working independently within a small team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft 365.
• Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products.
• QPunch and general CRM systems.
• AI tools, cloud platforms and WordPress.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
