Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager delivers IT projects across the group and oversees business applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure coordination, vendors and IT governance. The role bridges business stakeholders, IT teams and technology partners, ensuring solutions meet business needs, are delivered on time and within approved scope and budget, and are transitioned smoothly into operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IT projects, from initiation through planning, execution, testing, go‑live, handover and closure.
• Own day‑to‑day management of core business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ramco HCM, Focus and Sage.
• Manage Microsoft 365 subscriptions, licensing, identity, access and security controls.
• Coordinate Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments, cloud migration, cost optimisation and governance.
• Oversee network, server, firewall, backup, endpoint and cybersecurity tooling, including Trend Micro XDR.
• Act as primary IT contact for business stakeholders, run workshops, prepare business cases and evaluate vendors.
• Establish and maintain IT project governance, policies, change and risk management processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, procurement activities and drive cost‑optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise IT projects.
• Hands‑on or strong functional/project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing enterprise business applications, integrations and rollouts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration/licensing and Azure and/or GCP.
• Solid understanding of network, server, firewall, backup, endpoint and cybersecurity environments.
• Experience managing IT vendors, implementation partners, SLAs and contracts.
• Experience in IT governance, policies, change management, risk management and project reporting.
