About the role
We are seeking an on‑site Information Technology Technician to provide immediate technical assistance at Banco Santander’s office in Doha, Qatar. The assignment is scheduled for a Tuesday next week, with a possible follow‑up visit on Wednesday if any issues arise.
Key responsibilities
- Configure laptops on‑site according to the provided specifications.
- Prepare a USB drive with the imaging file supplied by Inetum.
- Execute the deployment procedures while receiving remote guidance from the Inetum team in Spain.
- Document any issues and ensure successful completion of the deployment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in laptop configuration and imaging.
- Ability to work independently on‑site and follow detailed technical instructions.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with remote support teams.
