About the role

The In‑Room Dining Assistant Manager supports the department in delivering personalized luxury dining experiences for guests at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control and direct outlet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with staff to meet operational needs and attend regular coordination meetings.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
• Drive outlet financial goals and monitor competition and industry trends.
• Provide on‑the‑job and classroom training to team members.
• Support overall Food & Beverage operations and act as a role model during busy periods or emergencies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a related hospitality role.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury hospitality with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, alert and professional in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
