Inside Sales - Spare Parts & Services

About the role

Alfa Laval, a global provider of heat transfer, separation and fluid handling products, is hiring an Inside Sales professional in Doha, Qatar. The role covers the lead-to-order process for spare parts and services enquiries, including quotations, order registration and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lead-to-order process for spare parts and services enquiries
• Identify and capture upselling opportunities and generate qualified leads for service business
• Investigate parts requirements, check availability and price correctly using the ERP and associated systems
• Monitor open quotes weekly and communicate with customers and the sales team to win orders
• Register orders in the ERP system and issue purchase orders to internal and external suppliers
• Use the CRM tool consistently to support the sales process and make decisions
• Follow up order fulfillment with the Order Handling team and maintain customer, contact and equipment data in the Installed Base
• Support the sales team with spare parts information and proactively identify service opportunities in the existing customer base

Required profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience
• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree, or B.Tech only
