Insulator – Industrial Insulation Installation (Doha)

About the role

Seagull HR is seeking an experienced Insulator to join a long‑term project in Doha, Qatar. The position involves installing and maintaining industrial insulation systems in heavy‑machinery environments while adhering to project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install insulation materials on industrial equipment and pipelines according to engineering drawings.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of existing insulation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience as an Insulator in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of insulation types, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to mobilize immediately and work on‑site in Doha.
