IT Project Coordinator (Associate Level)

About the role

As an Associate IT Project Coordinator, you will support senior project managers in delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards. You will manage small‑scale projects independently while ensuring all documentation and reporting are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers with planning, tracking, reporting and day‑to‑day project activities.
• Manage small‑size projects from initiation to closure.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, status reports, logs and dashboards.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing, prepare test scripts, log bugs and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Create training materials and procedures for new systems.
• Produce executive summaries, presentations and regular management reports.
• Support demand management, resource and capacity planning processes.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardisation within the PMO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination, PMO or project support.
• Strong command of English; Filipino is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
