About the role
Join the vibrant team at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha as an IT Specialist, supporting a wide range of hospitality technology systems and ensuring seamless operations across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade servers infrastructure – both physical and virtual.
- Manage data, voice and Wi‑Fi networks.
- Oversee property management, sales & catering, central reservations, revenue management and other core hotel systems.
- Support middleware, interfaces, data warehouse, reporting and business intelligence integrations.
- Administer CRM, SFA, POS, accounting, procurement, inventory, IPTV and HR management applications.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking.
Required skills
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Operating systems administration.
- Network configuration and management.
- Basic cybersecurity principles.
- Microsoft 365 and cloud tools.
