IT Supervisor – Hospitality Technology Leader

About the role

You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT systems across multiple hotel sites, enhancing guest experiences and streamlining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support IT strategy and implementation in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimise LAN and network server performance, managing upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve user issues related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity.
• Oversee compliance with Hilton Technology Network standards, including backup procedures and shared resources.
• Lead technology projects such as workstation/server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX, and point‑of‑sale installations.
• Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations and minimal downtime.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor the IT team, conducting performance evaluations and development activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
• Leadership and project‑management experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
