IT Technician

About the role

Watad Group is seeking an IT Technician to ensure that critical hardware and software systems remain operational for its clients. The role involves supporting servers, workstations, internet kiosks, and specialized display screens in a 24x7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous availability of servers, workstations, internet kiosks, EVIDS screens, Daktronics displays, and baggage input consoles.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to incident and change management processes.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades of the systems under care.
• Provide on‑site support to airline staff and engineers, ensuring front‑end and back‑end functionality.
• Follow standard operating procedures, report activities to management, and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT field support (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and teamwork orientation.
