Joint Ventures Business Analyst

About the role

Support Nakilat’s management and Board by delivering integrated business analysis and strategic insight across the maritime LNG joint‑venture asset lifecycle. The role also provides administrative, data‑management and coordination support to the LNG Joint Ventures Department.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, business cases, scenario and sensitivity analyses for JV vessels.
• Support forecasting, variance analysis and identification of key value, cash and risk drivers.
• Evaluate strategic options across the JV asset lifecycle and track levered and unlevered IRRs.
• Produce annual notional OPEX figures, conduct budget evaluations and variance analyses.
• Maintain JV financial, operational and SHEQ databases and benchmark performance.
• Prepare concise management and Board‑level decision notes, summaries and presentations.
• Maintain and update key JV contracts, organograms and industry networking database.
• Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, stakeholder engagements and maintain filing records of communications, approvals and minutes.
• Verify JV vessel invoices, support budget letters and assist with audit submissions.
• Provide administrative support to the JV Manager, maintain quarterly KPIs, risk register and expense records.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and business case development.
• Familiarity with joint‑venture documentation, contracts and maritime asset management.
• Ability to produce clear, structured outputs for senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate data administration and record‑keeping.
