Junior Auditor

About the role

PFC International, a global consultancy firm founded in 2009 with over 100 consultants, is hiring a Junior Auditor for a contract, on-site position in Doha, Qatar. The role supports senior team members in planning and executing financial and operational audits.

Key responsibilities

• Review documentation, test internal controls and verify compliance with policies and regulations
• Gather and analyze data, prepare working papers and draft audit findings
• Support the preparation of audit reports and recommendations
• Help identify risks and process gaps
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and adhere to professional standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field; a relevant certification such as CPA, ACCA or CIA is a plus
• Foundational knowledge of auditing, accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Ability to work on-site in Doha and collaborate professionally with internal teams and clients
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment

Required skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with audit or ERP tools
