Junior Electrical Engineer – Oil & Gas (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join our Oil & Gas team in Qatar. The role involves supporting electrical project execution on‑site, ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and supervision of electrical works on oil‑and‑gas projects.
• Support testing, commissioning and routine maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth progress.
• Prepare daily reports, maintain project documentation and track compliance.
• Ensure all work follows local safety regulations and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably some exposure to oil‑and‑gas projects.
• Valid Qatari ID (QID) and NOC, with the ability to work locally.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Testing and commissioning of equipment.
