About the role
Wings Technical Services is looking for a Junior QC Inspector - Electrical in Doha, Qatar, to support quality control and inspection of HVAC control panels. The inspector checks panel assembly, wiring, components, testing and documentation in line with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect HVAC control panels for proper assembly, wiring, labeling and component installation.
- Verify panel wiring against approved electrical and control schematics.
- Inspect components such as MCBs, contactors, relays, terminals, transformers, controllers and VFD interfaces.
- Check cable termination, ferruling, gland installation and identification.
- Verify I/O points and control signals against approved drawings.
- Prepare and maintain ITRs, inspection checklists, test reports and QC records.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, instrumentation and commissioning teams.
Required profile
- Experience in HVAC control panel inspection, electrical wiring and testing.
- Experience in QC documentation.
