About the role
The Junior Supervisor II supports daily operations of the assigned section, working closely with the Section Manager to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and supervise daily procedures of the section, stepping in as acting supervisor when needed.
- Check product merchandise for correct pricing and display, and report discrepancies.
- Direct and supervise stockers in sales, inventory‑taking, and customer service.
- Maintain records of purchases, sales, and daily turnover.
- Ensure safety, production, and sanitation standards are met.
- Motivate staff, assign duty shifts, and monitor employee performance.
- Communicate employee needs to the Section Manager and help achieve company goals.
Required profile
- At least high school education.
- Minimum 3 years retail or hospitality experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all management levels.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
- French language proficiency.
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
