K2 Developer

About the role

The K2 Developer will design, build, configure and maintain enterprise‑grade business process applications using the K2 suite (K2 Five / K2 Cloud / Nintex Automation). This role transforms manual or fragmented workflows into streamlined digital solutions, collaborating with business analysts and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business process maps into functional K2 automated workflows, including smart forms and smart objects.
• Integrate K2 workflows with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics via REST/SOAP services.
• Develop and optimise SQL Server database components, write custom .NET/C# code, and extend K2 platform capabilities.
• Administer the K2 platform, troubleshoot workflow failures, and perform performance tuning and package deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5‑7 years of software development experience with a focus on BPM systems.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with K2 Five or K2 Cloud.
• Proven track record integrating K2 with at least two enterprise platforms.

Required skills

• K2 Five / K2 Cloud (Designer, Smart Forms, Smart Objects, Workflow, Management, Workspace)
• .NET / C# development
• Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL, stored procedures, views, triggers
• API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Experience with SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for custom form controls
