Key Account Executive – FMCG & Beauty

About the role

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, beauty and pharmacy accounts across modern trade and pharmacy channels in Qatar. You will work closely with major retailers to ensure product availability, visibility and promotional success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans for key retailers such as Monoprix, Carrefour, Al Meera, Lulu Hypermarket, Kholoud Pharmacy and Family Pharmacy.
• Handle product listings, promotional planning, visibility agreements and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct regular market and store visits to monitor performance and gather insights.
• Prepare analytical reports on sales, market trends and account performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail decision‑makers and act as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar within FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, beauty or pharmacy channels.
• Proven track record managing modern trade and pharmacy accounts.
• Established relationships with key retailers in Qatar.
• Strong field sales background with frequent store visits.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid Qatar driving licence and currently based in Qatar.
• Available to join immediately or within one month notice.
