Key Account Manager – Urology & Critical Care

About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive awareness and demand for BD Interventional’s urology and critical care solutions across hospitals and acute‑care settings in the assigned territory. You will act as the primary liaison with healthcare professionals, infection‑control teams and ICU decision‑makers to promote product portfolios and support new product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Provide continuous product support and education to hospitals and relevant departments.
- Lead the introduction of new products and improve adoption of existing solutions.
- Achieve sales targets within the designated territory (Qatar or Kuwait).
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutional partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.
- Segment customers to deliver tailored outreach and best‑in‑class service.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database to capture needs and opportunities.
- Conduct market, competitive and business intelligence analyses.
- Organise promotional and educational events such as symposia and conferences for medical staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare sciences or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of sales experience within a healthcare or medical‑device environment.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with analytical capabilities.
