Kids Club Attendant – Hotel Kids Club

About the role

As a Kids Club Attendant at a luxury hotel in Doha, you will create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for young guests. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming families and ensuring children enjoy a variety of supervised activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, register participants, collect payments and respond promptly to requests.
• Plan and lead daily kids‑club programs such as arts & crafts, story time, swimming and hiking.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
• Maintain clean and organized activity areas and equipment.
• Communicate with parents and hotel staff regarding children’s needs and any incidents.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering warm hospitality and creating memorable experiences for families.
• Integrity, teamwork, and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with children in a hospitality or recreational setting is preferred.
