Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant creates a safe, energetic, and memorable experience for the youngest guests at a luxury resort. You will be the primary point of contact for families, ensuring children enjoy a variety of supervised activities while parents feel confident about safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome families, manage registrations, communicate schedules, and address food allergy concerns.
• Maintain the Kids Club area clean, organized, and sanitized; reset activity rooms and report maintenance issues.
• Supervise children, enforce check‑in/check‑out procedures, verify authorizations, and uphold child‑to‑adult ratios.
• Resolve minor conflicts, soothe homesickness, and apply positive‑reinforcement techniques.
• Design and lead daily programs including arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, pool games, themed parties, movie nights, and outdoor sports.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children in a hospitality or childcare setting.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications and a police clearance from the country of residence.
• High energy, patience, strong conflict‑resolution abilities, and cultural sensitivity to interact with international families.
• Physical stamina to be on feet for long periods, work outdoors in hot or humid conditions, and handle active play.
