Kindergarten Teacher – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Kindergarten teachers to join our school in Doha. The role involves delivering a high‑quality early years curriculum, supporting children’s development and collaborating with parents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons aligned with the school’s scheme of work.
• Assign and monitor homework in line with school policies.
• Use assessment data to track progress, set targets and inform subsequent lessons.
• Provide regular oral and written feedback, following the school’s marking policy.
• Record and utilise formative and summative assessments to ensure student progress.
• Undertake pastoral duties and support student well‑being.
• Participate in curriculum, administrative and pastoral meetings.
• Attend parent meetings prepared to discuss achievement and welfare.
• Engage in professional development and training activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar early years role.
• Degree in EYFS/KG or related field.
• Experience working in the UK, USA, South Africa, Australia or Canada.
• Desirable: PGCE, QTS or a recognised teaching licence.
