Landscaper – Property Grounds Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper to maintain the visual appeal and functionality of our property grounds in Doha. You will be responsible for the upkeep of lawns, gardens, fountains, and other outdoor features, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, and other ground features.
• Install, replace, and transplant flowers, bulbs, trees, shrubs, and grass.
• Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes through watering, weeding, trimming, and general care.
• Trim, prune, and edge grass and vegetation in hard‑to‑reach areas.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems, dump trucks, tractors, and other utility vehicles.
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, raking leaves, and snow/ice removal when applicable.
• Collect and bag trash from exterior containers and keep equipment clean and refueled.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and maintain a professional uniform.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related landscaping or grounds‑keeping experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Operating dump trucks, tractors, and utility vehicles.
• Operating and maintaining irrigation systems.
