About the role
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance web applications. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure engineering best practices across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Develop responsive user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Nest.js.
- Create robust RESTful APIs, server‑side components, middleware, and database schemas.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, CI/CD, and DevOps using Git, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure.
- Collaborate with architects, UI/UX, product, and business teams to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture and best practices.
Required skills
- React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Nest.js
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Git, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure
