Learning and Quality Manager

About the role

The Learning and Quality Manager will lead quality assurance initiatives and align training programs with the hotel’s brand standards and guest expectations. This role ensures continuous improvement across all operational areas while championing a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily executive committee meetings to provide real‑time performance updates and address guest incidents.
• Present weekly analysis of defect trends and guest feedback, recommending focus areas for improvement.
• Coordinate weekly quality meetings covering guest voice, top incidents, and business standard audits.
• Facilitate problem‑solving sessions and process‑improvement teams, ensuring systematic use of quality tools.
• Conduct monthly audits to verify compliance with company and brand standards.
• Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training on problem solving, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Experience in hotel operations and a solid understanding of quality management practices.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology.
• Statistical measurement and data‑collection techniques.
• Budget preparation and cost‑control knowledge.
• Effective presentation and analytical skills.
