Lifeguard – Hotel Pool & Leisure Facilities

About the role

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join the team at Fraser Suites in Doha. You will ensure the safety of guests using the pool and leisure facilities while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Verify guest access to facilities and manage check‑in procedures.
• Greet guests, provide information on recreation programs, and assist with membership applications and reservations.
• Respond to emergencies, enforce safety rules, and intervene in unsafe behaviour.
• Maintain cleanliness, perform routine equipment checks, and report any accidents or incidents.
• Handle stock management, key holding duties, and support event set‑up.
• Ensure compliance with fire, health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a lifeguard or similar safety role.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Enthusiastic, team‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Ability to operate control desk systems for guest access.
• Knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency response.
• Basic stock and inventory handling.
