About the role

Andaz Doha is seeking a professional Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests using the hotel’s swimming facilities. The role involves constant surveillance, rapid emergency response, and maintaining high standards of pool operation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas and enforce safety regulations at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing rescue and first‑aid assistance.
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Deliver excellent customer service to hotel guests, answering queries and assisting with pool usage.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to support smooth operation of recreational activities.

Required profile

• Valid International Lifeguard Certification (Gold level).
• Minimum two years of experience as a lifeguard, fitness instructor, or related recreation role.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED usage.
• Strong swimming, rescue and water‑safety abilities.
• Physically fit and able to maintain continuous surveillance.
