Logistic Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistic Coordinator to manage and optimise the flow of goods across international borders. The role involves overseeing shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and supporting cost‑effective logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, handling all import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Prepare freight costing, budgeting and cost‑analysis reports to support financial decisions.
• Apply Incoterms and international trade practices to ensure accurate contract terms.
• Monitor compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations and maintain required documentation.
• Utilise ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to track shipments, inventory and performance metrics.
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, Incoterms and DG regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid Qatar Driving License, QID and NOC are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
