Loss Prevention Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard our property in Doha. The role involves patrolling premises, assisting guests, and responding to emergencies while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and control access to rooms.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress and fire‑life safety systems.
• Lock entrances as required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and handle vehicle accidents or thefts.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or run for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided (75 lb with assistance).
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, complete safety training and maintain confidentiality.
• Physical capability to perform inspections and respond quickly to emergencies.
