Maintenance System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance System Administrator to join our client’s team in Qatar on a long‑term assignment. The role involves managing the computerized maintenance management system, analysing maintenance data and supporting preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Generate and analyse maintenance reports, KPIs and dashboards using advanced Excel techniques.
• Support planning of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate asset and spare‑part data.
• Assist in inventory and spare‑parts management where required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance system administration, maintenance planning or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) – hands‑on experience.
• Microsoft Excel – advanced proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and reporting.
