Maintenance Training Supervisor - Technical Training

About the role

The Maintenance Training Supervisor ensures that all planned theoretical training is delivered according to organizational procedures, while efficiently allocating resources. The role provides technical and procedural guidance to instructors and students, driving continuous improvement of staff competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for technical and procedural guidance to instructors.
• Evaluate instructor competencies and identify development needs.
• Monitor and allocate resources for training‑related projects, including material updates, training software, and simulator access.
• Ensure permissions for field visits, verify MSTD resources, and assign instructors based on terms of reference.
• Distribute training material and maintain accessibility for students.
• Prepare weekly training man‑hour utilization reports and project status updates.
• Update MMT‑147 Operations/Standards/Examination on training operations and incidents.
• Liaise with base/line maintenance and workshops to organise field visits.
• Deputise for MMT‑147 Operations/Standards/Examination when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience.
• EASA Part 147 Certificate of Recognition for B777, B787 and A350 type training.
• Valid EASA Part 145 release to service authorization for B777, B787 and A350 aircraft.
