Male Spa Therapist – Full-time

About the role

You will join the MGallery boutique hotel in Doha as a Spa Therapist, creating personalized wellbeing experiences for guests. With skilled hands and genuine care, you will transform each treatment into a memorable journey of relaxation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional spa treatments, massages and wellness services in line with MGallery standards.
• Consult guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain clean, hygienic and well‑organized treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Ensure guest privacy, comfort and wellbeing throughout the spa journey.
• Record treatments accurately, monitor stock levels and support daily spa operations.

Required profile

• Professional certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort or wellness setting is an asset.
• Warm, caring personality with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining discretion.
