About the role

Join Oliver Wyman as a Consultant focusing on the Middle East market. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews, and turn information into clear insights.
Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and help structure recommendations for client decision‑making.
Contribute to client‑ready deliverables, including presentations, analysis, workshops and discussions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Initiative, intuition, creativity and a strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
