Manager - Contract & Commercial Compliance

About the role

The Manager – Contract & Commercial Compliance is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from tendering to execution, while ensuring strict adherence to legal, regulatory and company standards. This role acts as the central point of contact for all contractual matters, supporting project delivery and safeguarding the organization’s commercial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end contract management, including tender preparation, award, and execution.
• Review, interpret and advise on contract terms, preparing commercial memoranda as needed.
• Manage client disputes and provide contractual guidance to protect company interests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, resource mobilization and operational execution.
• Drive tendering activities, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and cost analysis.
• Monitor contract performance against HSE, quality, financial and governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management, commercial negotiations or related legal/commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory and company compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders.
