Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Consolidate results, perform variance and trend analysis across business units.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing reliable financial data.
• Ensure timely submission of management and statutory reports.
• Maintain full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws and statutory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on necessary adjustments.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Develop, review and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Implement audit recommendations and track corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance within a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with auditors and regulators.
