Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing campaigns while managing the brand’s social media presence. The role combines content coordination, community engagement, and campaign support to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activations.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and maintain community interaction.
• Assist in content creation, including captions, visuals and campaign ideas.
• Work with designers, photographers, videographers and external agencies.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Track market trends, competitors and customer behaviour.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
• Manage content calendars and campaign timelines.
• Assist in organising events, launches and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media coordination.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital‑marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and copy‑writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic photography/videography coordination skills.
