Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Al Emadi Enterprises is looking for a driven Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to manage digital storefronts, drive high‑impact campaigns and oversee events across its diverse portfolio in Qatar and internationally. The role requires full ownership of the online customer journey and coordination of multi‑purpose marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑commerce platform operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory sync and promotions.
• Optimize user experience and conversion rates, reducing cart abandonment and improving site navigation.
• Track and analyse e‑commerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Plan, execute and monitor performance‑driven digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for acquisition, retention and ROI.
• Develop tailored marketing strategies for retail sales, brand awareness and B2B initiatives.
• Maintain content calendars and social media channels, ensuring all visual assets follow the premium brand identity.
• Organise and execute promotional events, trade shows and product launches locally and abroad, handling logistics and vendor relationships.
• Measure event ROI through lead generation, sales impact and brand visibility metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in e‑commerce operations, digital marketing and event management, preferably within the GCC.
• High degree of ownership and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Arabic is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally for event management and business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
