Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join the full MARCOM team at Mondrian Doha, a luxury lifestyle hotel, to drive content strategy, live coverage and storytelling across all channels. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual and written content that reflects the brand’s high‑energy vibe and enhances guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy, including live updates for hotel events, nightlife activations and weekend activities.
• Capture and produce photo and video assets, manage social media posts and support campaign roll‑outs.
• Coordinate daily marketing activities and collaborate with PR, agencies and internal departments to amplify brand visibility.
• Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Creative, organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude, comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong understanding of luxury/lifestyle positioning, guest profiling and trend‑driven content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 360.
• Experience using Canva for design.
• Familiarity with WordPress (advantage).
