Marketing Executive - Social Media & Content Creation

About the role

A five-star hospitality brand is looking for a creative and digitally skilled Marketing Executive to manage its social media accounts and create engaging content that showcases its hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage four social media accounts, covering content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
• Coordinate high-quality Arabic and English content, captions, Reels, Stories and promotional campaigns.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve content creation, editing and marketing productivity.
• Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, spa and wellness facilities, events and seasonal offers.
• Monitor account performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, link clicks, enquiries) and link it to hotel revenue performance.
• Track social media trends, competitor activity and relevant hospitality content to find opportunities.
• Supervise photo and video shooting and use performance insights to refine content calendars and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a five-star hotel or hospitality brand.
• Excellent Arabic and English copywriting skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts.
• Strong creative portfolio showing social media content and campaigns.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of AI content creation tools, graphic design and video editing.
• Experience in engaging photography and short-form videos.
