Marketing Manager - Automotive

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the automotive brand, increase vehicle sales and aftersales business, and generate qualified leads. This role oversees both digital and traditional marketing activities, campaigns, events, promotions, and brand communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives, including budgeting for vehicle sales, aftersales, and parts.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, email, and other platforms, and coordinate SEO, SEM, and paid advertising efforts.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new and used vehicles, seasonal offers, product launches, test‑drive events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate and automotive brand guidelines across all channels and marketing collateral.
• Develop and oversee the social media strategy, content calendar, and creation of engaging vehicle photography, videos, reels, and customer stories.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations for marketing performance.
• Plan and coordinate automotive events, manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and branding requirements.
• Collaborate with CRM and sales teams on customer acquisition and retention campaigns, analyzing data to improve future initiatives.
