Marketing Technology Manager

About the role

The Marketing Technology Manager will lead the data activation and advertising technology strategy for the organization. This role focuses on planning, implementing and optimizing marketing and advertising platforms, with an emphasis on automation, first‑party data usage and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a roadmap for data activation aligned with commercial objectives and new revenue opportunities.
• Serve as the technical lead for key advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring optimal feature utilization.
• Promote adoption of AI‑driven marketing tools, automation and dynamic ad delivery to improve targeting and engagement.
• Define commercial benefits and risks of first‑party data usage for new projects.
• Design frameworks for compliant data sharing and reporting in advertising.
• Identify automation opportunities in campaign creation, workflows and creative production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing advertising technology platforms (Google, Meta) and data activation strategies.
• Strong understanding of first‑party data, segmentation techniques and data‑privacy regulations.
• Ability to evaluate emerging market trends and new technologies.
• Experience collaborating across departments to deliver data‑driven marketing initiatives.
