About the role
The Masseuse provides professional massage and wellness treatments to guests, ensuring exceptional service that aligns with the luxury standards of the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage therapies and maintain treatment records.
- Prepare and keep treatment rooms clean and hygienic.
- Assist with spa reception duties and promote spa services.
- Handle guest inquiries, monitor supplies, and report maintenance issues.
- Comply with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or related field.
- Valid Massage Therapist License or government‑approved certification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Masseuse in a hotel, resort, spa or wellness centre; five‑star experience preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance with strong attention to hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
