About the role
The Mathematics Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum for the assigned grade levels. The role includes assessing student progress, providing feedback, and fostering a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans covering core mathematical concepts.
- Assess student performance and give constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school activities.
- Communicate regularly with families about student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Required profile
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development within an American or similar international curriculum.
- Qualified teacher status with appropriate certification or licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field.
- Prior classroom teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural school setting.
