About the role
The Mechanical Technician will perform maintenance and troubleshooting on rotating and static equipment in continuous‑operation plants for KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions division.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, blowers, valves, vessels, columns, exchangers, pipes and other static equipment.
- Carry out rotating equipment maintenance activities and verify work quality against standards.
- Install, remove and re‑fit equipment, clean and preserve removed parts.
- Interpret isometrics, mechanical drawings and datasheets to execute jobs safely.
- Work at height using appropriate safety protective equipment.
Required profile
- Technical Diploma in a relevant trade (12+3 years).
- Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience in mechanical maintenance within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Fertilizer industry.
- Good HSEQ record in previous roles.
