Media Specialist

About the role

Milaha is seeking a Media Specialist to lead its digital media strategy across multiple online platforms. The role involves creating compelling content, managing social channels, and driving paid advertising campaigns to strengthen the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an online media strategy, producing videos, images, and written content aligned with brand guidelines and audience insights.
• Manage social media accounts: schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and analyse performance metrics.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads, including audience targeting, creative development, and data‑driven adjustments.
• Monitor digital media performance, assess paid‑ad effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the web presence of Milaha and its subsidiaries, ensuring security through regular updates, backups, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists to align digital media tactics with overall business objectives and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track and manage online reputation by monitoring mentions, reviews, and feedback across channels.
• Design logos, brand assets, and marketing collaterals; ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital advertising, and brand stewardship.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, content trends, and online reputation management.
