Medical Administrator

About the role

The Medical Administrator provides efficient administrative and front‑office support for the QR Medical Center, ensuring smooth reception and back‑office operations while handling confidential medical queries and documents.

Key responsibilities

• Confidential handling of medical data, queries and distribution of certificates, emails and documents to QR Doctors.
• Manage appointment scheduling, filing, scanning, and maintain the Health Information System diary.
• Process staff records, medical reports, and support licensing requirements for QR, QE and Amiri cabin crew.
• Assist in emergency situations, ambulance coordination and the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.
• Maintain a clean reception area and provide professional support to visitors, patients and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet usage.
• Knowledge of Oracle or hospital management systems (preferred).
